#18 | Black Tourmaline CRUSH ANGER

HOW IT GOES:

These are our hand rolling crystals. You get a box with an ounce of Black Tourmaline to smash between your hands. When you get angry and feel out of control grab these crystals and be rough as you move them between your hands. These crystals pull anger down your arms through the heart meridian and out of your body! 

1. First, sweep down the inner arms from the arm pits down to the wrist as if you are sweeping something off of you. Do at least 10 times on each arm.

2. Get the Black Tourmaline and briskly, and even aggressively if need be, smash between your hands as if you are moving them like you do when warming them up. Go as long as you need until you feel a shift.

3. All the pieces of dust that break off are holding the anger that is now out of your body. Take several deep breaths and notice that your anger has subsided.
